Thanks to yoga we can start to explore the idea that equilibrium happens when 2 opposite forces compenetrate and are integrated. Shiva and Shakti, masculine and feminine energies, prana and apana. Helped by specific breathing techniques we will look at how, both on the mat and in life.

Send your date, place and time of birth to the nearest minute when you book & Francesca will use this information to create and print your birth chart. We will look at the basics of a natal chart and talk about signs, planets and houses in the natal chart.

Gong Bath & meditation:
We’ll start by talking about ways to find mental clarity and experience the power of a 3 minute
meditation. After a short set of Kundalini yoga warm ups, just lay down and let the gong work its magic,
taking you to a place of deep calm. Then be uplifted with a mind liberating group chant to close.
We shall be moving around the mat in a 360 degree ‘mandala’ circle. We shall work on the mayan calendar which for this day will relate to the element of air. Working on quads and backbends to energetically activate the anahata (heart) Chakra. We will then use this new opening of the heart space to lead into a short manifesting meditation, perfect for a new year.

This workshop revolves around the theme of Past & Present; where you will be guided into a highly relaxed state of consciousness & discover how your memories may affect your current situation. We will then bring you back into the present using a fusion of yin yoga and massage.
Rachael will guide you through a simple self-love ritual to help you understand your negative inner voice and how to overcome it. We'll create a ritual together including a Reiki Activated meditation to lock in your new found self-love!
